To open a conversation, the WhatsApp Business API requires a template Meta has approved in advance. Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per message delivered — no longer per 24-hour conversation — at a rate set by the categories below and the recipient's country code.
The figures below are self-reported by each company and published on the official WhatsApp Business site. Open any card to read the source.
These figures are outcomes reported by each company to WhatsApp Business — not results promised by Resmi.ID. Individual results vary by industry, customer base, and how the platform is used.
The WhatsApp Business API is WhatsApp's official offering for medium and large companies that want to wire WhatsApp into their business systems — a CRM, a chatbot, or an automated notification service. With it you can send bulk messages and templates, and manage customer conversations professionally.
The WhatsApp Business App runs on a single device for a single user, which suits small businesses. The WhatsApp Business API supports multiple users, system integration, and automated messaging at scale.
You can apply, but the decision rests entirely with Meta. The badge once known as the "green tick" has since been merged into the blue tick. There are two routes: Official Business Account — free, but selective, and granted only to brands Meta considers well enough known; and Meta Verified for Business — a paid subscription. We help you prepare the paperwork and submit it, but no provider anywhere can guarantee the badge will be approved. See the steps, the requirements, and how it differs from Meta Verified →
Yes, as long as the number is active on WhatsApp and your first message uses a message template Meta has approved. Once the customer replies, a 24-hour customer service window opens from their most recent message — inside it you can reply freely without a template, and those non-template messages carry no Meta charge.
If the customer has already reached out and the 24-hour customer service window is still open, you can chat normally without a template — and those messages are free. Once the window closes, or if you want to start a new conversation, you must use a Message Template approved by Meta. Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per template message delivered (no longer per 24-hour conversation), at a rate that follows the template category and the recipient's country code. Yes — resmi.id is an official WhatsApp Business API provider (Official Business Solution Provider). Every number, template, and message is connected directly to Meta's systems.
Not necessarily — you can work straight from the resmi.id dashboard. A business profile website is required for the BM Verified process, though. And if you already have your own CRM, we provide an API for full integration.
Since 1 July 2025 Meta has used per-message pricing: you are billed for each template message delivered, rather than per 24-hour conversation as in the old model. Rates follow the template category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country code. What is not billed: free-form replies inside the 24-hour customer service window, and utility templates sent while that window is open. Conversations that start from Click-to-WhatsApp ads get a free 72-hour entry point. For utility and authentication, the per-message rate drops as your monthly volume grows.
